Dr. Yahya Shakweh is a governance strategist and systems thinker whose work focuses on enterprise coherence, institutional performance, and board-level decision architectures.

He is the originator of the Enterprise Coherence Discipline, a system-level approach to governing institutions in the age of complexity. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Dr. Shakweh leads research and advisory work at the intersection of strategy, governance, and organisational design.
